Mario, I would suggest that you look at the following resources, although
also you should realized that no "complete" apparatus for all NT Greek
manuscripts (much less including the versional and patristic evidence) exists. In what
follows, you will find the information from some manuscripts, with the amount
of data recorded varying from work to work (some do not note moveable NUs,
orthographic/spelling differences when such differences seem insignificant, or
scribal errors that are easily discerned).
Tischendorf's 8th edition has a solid apparatus but, of course, lacks the
evidence of the manuscripts discovered since then. This is available
electonically in some Bible software programs via the work of Clint Yale.
Reuben Swanson's volume on Romans is available and gives a running-text
approach to the critical apparatus that is quite easy to use.
Von Soden's work is still very helpful in spite of errors in some of the
collations he used.
Several specialized works on the papyri or a given ms. or test passages are
also available. I suspect that you may find the Swanson volume the easiest
for your purpose.
