[B-Greek] More Basil questions

I'm still considering EIS DIDASKALOU FOITWSI (It appears to be from
FOITAW -- of course, with contraction.). I'm inclined to understand this
as hEIS DIDASKALOU FOITWSI "Ifone (someone) regularly changes (from) a
teacher." We have an apparent violation of concord which MIGHT be able to
be explained KATA SUNESIN though I'm not sure about that

Regarding EIS hAPAC see (in LXX)

Num 16.21; 17.10
Josh 10.42
2 Sam 23.8
Is 66.8
Dan 2.35
Song of 3 Youths 1.23
Ps Sol 2.8; 11.2

Here it would not be acc. since it is an adv.
