What David meant is that he ran Accordance Bible Software in emulation. 
Last week, Oak Tree Software announced that they now are a licensed 
distributor of PC emulation, and provide software support officially. 
They sell a pc CD and just wrote a big, VERY well done professional 
manual on running Accordance in Windows.  You can see their emulation

I agree that Logos is still know for having a less capable search 
engine than Accordance or Bibleworks. If I were working in Windows, I 
would definitely be running Accordance with BasiliskII.
