Greetings,

I am happy to announce that Bibles.org.uk has opened subscriptions for
professionally printed and bound hardback version of our Greek New
Testament "4 in 1" edition. You can find more information if you visit our
website, where you can also download this work in PDF format (for free):

   http://www.bibles.org.uk

In summary, it is the full collation of the four main textual recensions
--- TR 1550, Scrivener/KJV TR, Byzantian Majority Text and Alexandrian
recension, with a few MSS variants when they are not covered by these main
recensions. It is therefore a straightforward Greek text with all the
important textual variants, i.e. the benefits of a full critical apparatus
but without the clutter of unnecessary "sigla" in the text itself. It was
optimized for "pleasant reading with minimal stress on the eyes" but at
the same time was made complete enough to be a "scholarly edition" by
including 6875 textual variants (the final number will be about 7000-7100
textual variants). The number of pages of the current gnt.pdf draft is 472
but I expect the final book to be about 480 pages.

Currently we have 60 subscribers and so the printing cost was brought down
to just 12 GBP per copy. It started as 59 GBP per copy for a minimal run
of 5 copies, but the more subscriptions we receive the lower will be the
final cost, as we make NO PROFIT on it whatsoever. Subscribers pay the
actual cost and not a penny more.

My team and I are still doing the final proofreading and entering the
footnotes which were considered "irrelevant" initially but now must be
entered because of the claim of "complete collation" clearly stated in the
Introduction (i.e. it supersedes four other major editions of Greek NT in
one compact volume). But fear not, 99% of the work has been done already
so we are well on target to go into print on 1 May as promised on the
website.

There is an "online subscription form" on the website, or you can email me
directly with your subscription request. Don't forget to mention how many
copies you want!

Shalom
Tigran
