[B-Greek] Perfect Passive Participles

I'm a bit fuzzy on Perfect Passive Participles. I'm having trouble finding
a good summary in my books.

The verse in question is:

Ephesians 2:8

TH GAR XARITI ESTE SESWSMENOI DIA PISTEWS...

My question essentially is how should the Perfect Passive Participle be
interpreted here?

Should we make a big deal about past, present and future time application or
is this more like

an intensified global aorist or something else?

For example: Does Paul mean that we have been saved, are being saved and
will be saved.

or is it simply a strong way of saying we have been saved.

Thanks for any insight on this.
