[B-Greek] James 4:14 OITINES with 2nd person verb

I am not sure what to make of hOITINES with the 2nd person verb EPISTASQE.
My first thought was to render the phrase "You, who do not know (the what
of) tomorrow, what is your life?

But upon checking several Eng translations I saw that none followed this
rendering.  Even the editor's punctuation of the GNT (a semicolon) seems to
argue against it.  Porter renders the verse "you by your very nature do not
know" arguing for the essential use of OSTIS (Idioms, 133).  How should this
verse be understood?
