Dear Friends --
Placing the article after the noun is just an emphatic, shorthand way of introducing a relative clause without using three or four more words.
EN CARITI THi wants us to understand something like 'in boundless love, the same boundless love in which...'
It's helpful, I think, to know that Modern Greek uses articles as pronouns, and I think that this construction is an early example of that trend.
Whoever Granville Sharp is, I'm confident that he didn't write the Letter to the Romans. It's just Greek to me. [[;-)33
