Greeting all
I have Question on 2nd year Grammars & what some call 3rd yr.
Are some meant to be 3rd yr grammars? I was told, or heard that at Moulton's
4 vol set is a 3rd yr, or they used it for that purpose, and also Mounce's
Morphology of BG is being used as a 3rd yr grammar.
Is this correct as a normal way to learn?
I ask because it seems, besides Mounce's MBG that there is redundancy in
many areas, although I haven't used Moulton's, I have it and looked through it's
table of contents. If Moulton is a 3rd yr, Wallace who is 2nd yr seems to
say much of the same things, concerning nouns, verbs and so on.
And lastly, I'm using as I said before Wallace's and a few workbooks
(Mounce's graded reader and Baugh's 1 John graded reader, is it wise to do this, or
stick with one at a time? I do have time to do this, Thank God for that. For
those who don't know, I just finished Mounce's BBG and I'm starting 2nd yr, on
 my own.
I'm grateful to be able to ask these questions from men who have done this
before I have, it's a joy to have this list as resource.
Thank you!

Jim Montesano
