In Jude 4, we read;

PAREISEDUNSAN GAR TIVES ANQRWPOI…ASEBEIS THN TOU QEOU hHMWN CARITA METATIQENTES EIS ASELGEIAN KAI TON MONON DESPOTHN KAI KURION hHMWN IHSOUN CRISTON ARNOUMENOI

Had Jude written:

PAREISEDUNSAN GAR TIVES ANQRWPOI...ASEBEIS THN TOU QEOU hHMWN CARITA METATIQENTES EIS ASELGEIAN KAI TON MONON DESPOTHN ARNOUMENOI

Or even TON MONON DESPOTHN QEON (as the Byzantine text)

then DESPOTHN would seem to refer to God from the earlier THN TOU QEOU hHMWN CARITA.

Had Jude written;

PAREISEDUNSAN GAR TIVES ANQRWPOI...ASEBEIS THN TOU QEOU hHMWN CARITA METATIQENTES EIS ASELGEIAN KAI TON MONON DESPOTHN ARNOUMENOI KAI KURION hHMWN IHSOUN CRISTON

Then DESPOTHN would also seem to refer to God from the earlier THN TOU QEOU hHMWN CARITA.  If they deny God, then they deny Christ.

However, Jude writes:

PAREISEDUNSAN GAR TIVES ANQRWPOI...ASEBEIS THN TOU QEOU hHMWN CARITA METATIQENTES EIS ASELGEIAN KAI TON MONON DESPOTHN KAI KURION hHMWN IHSOUN CRISTON ARNOUMENOI

What is the effect of placing ARNOUMENOI at the end of KAI TON MONON DESPOTHN KAI KURION hHMWN IHSOUN CRISTON ARNOUMENOI?  Does this allow Jude to join together DESPOTHN KAI KURION as one person as if to say, Our only DESPOTHN KAI KURION, Jesus Christ?

If we follow the Byzantine text, KAI TON MONON DESPOTHN QEON KAI KURION hHMWN IHSOUN CRISTON ARNOUMENOI, could the sense of the verse still be the same as with QEON omitted so that Jude could still have meant to join together DESPOTHN QEON KAI KURION as one person, Our only DESPOTHN QEO
N KAI KURION, Jesus Christ?
