This is bible study software that is high quality and
totally free. It has bible versions, concordances and
dictionaries that can be plugged into it. All free.
Last week they added an NT Greek concordance.

WPE (Wayne Elliott; new list-members please note that list
protocol calls for a full-name signature on messages, even
if the name is clearly indicated in "From" header; cwc)
