Francisco, California, during the "Great White Fleet"'s stay on the West Coast, circa Spring or early Summer 1908.
During the cruise McBride was assigned to USS Georgia and USS Connecticut (Battleship #s 15 and 18), while Enochs was an officer in USS Kansas (Battleship # 21).
