This card features a view of Rear Admiral Sperry (wearing Special Full Dress uniform, with "fore-and-aft" hat) on a well-decorated dock at Yokohama. Two U.S. Navy steam launches are alongside the dock. The reverse of this card is essentially identical to that seen in Photo # NH 106114-A-KN.
