Of those, USS Alkaid (AK-114), USS Zaurak (AK-117), USS Matar (AK-119), USS Sabik (AK-121) and USS Menkar (AK-123) are known to have received it. This plan, showing the ship's port side and exposed decks, is dated 29 January 1944, and was approved by Captain Logan McKee, USN.
