Seated with an unidentified gentleman (left, with beard) at San Francisco, California, during the "Great White Fleet"'s stay on the West Coast, circa Spring or early Summer 1908.
During the cruise McBride was assigned to USS Georgia and USS Connecticut (Battleship #s 15 and 18), while Enochs was an officer in USS Kansas (Battleship # 21).
