USS Shubrick
(DD-268)

Alongside USS Leary (DD-158) at the New York Navy Yard, Brooklyn, New York on 3 September 1940.
These two destroyers were then employed on the Neutrality Patrol. Shubrick was transferred to the British in November 1940 and became HMS Ripley.
