Babette II
(American Motor Boat, 1917)

Underway in 1917, probably while running trials in the vicinity of Morris Heights, New York, where she was built.
This pleasure craft was taken over by the Navy upon completion and commissioned as USS Babette II (SP-484). Following World War I service, she was returned to her owner on 17 January 1919.
