Dont give Victoria!

There are still fruits and nuts that grow in your area. I know that
Seaberry or Sea Buckthorn will do fine. In fact, that is a nursery just south
of Main that specializes in fruits an nuts for cold regions. I cant remember
the name, but I sure others in the group will have that info. If that doesnt
go well, check out "One Green World Nursery". They have some exchange program
with a research center in Russia. Im sure they have something to fit your zone.
check with the some Canadian groups. Im sure you will something that interests you.

If you want to see what I have done, go to the files area in and click on "landscape plans"
then in to the "lostman" folder. You should be able to click on the files and
veiw them on your we browser.
