Not a comment on the quality of your product, but I haven't found foam to b=
e a reliable indicator of tea quality. I can control the amount of foam, j=
ust by adjusting my inputs, for example worm castings tend to foam more tha=
n thermal or static compost.

I've also found some teas that foam to be almost entirely devoid of microbi=
al life and activity, while others will look quite good.
