Interesting on the horse manure. It could be that the higher biological
numbers were sue to the material not being completely digested relative to
the cow manure.
As far as the foundational information on the hypothesis that there is more
"plant food" in a mature perpetual brew, this is simply based on observation
(which you correctly state can vary on perspective) and experience in using
and handing it out to thousands of people over the last 6 years. It is on
our docket to study relative to your suggestion of a lab mineral analysis.
It will be interesting because one must account for the forms of "nutrition"
created by the natural microbiological world that do not register from the
lab. For instance, consider that tomatoes can grow off of 200-300 ppm
concentration in a mature aquaponics set up, but would require at least
1500-2000 ppm in an artificial hydroponics set up..
