Very cool. We use seawater and supersaturate it with Himalayan crystal salt=
 in our teas. We add some other goodies as well, like clay and the BioDynam=
ic preps (BD500-508). Consider it a microbial tool kit. When you use living=
 natural salts the elemental balance can be used proactively by microbes to=
 create the enzymes that allow them to do their work. We have done side-by=
-sides with the only variable being this Sole and you can see the biomass w=
ith the naked eye (as well as under the scope). It allows microbes to do mo=
re of what they (and you) want them to do. Brewing tea without ALL elements=
 is like hiring someone to build a house and giving them half the tools.
