f the pre inoculated compost. Perhaps I simply read it wrong.

If you are using AH you want to have is a very, nice, white fungal infusio=
n--"Santa Claus beard" white. It really looks neat and cool and very much =
like white rot. It will get a grayish tint as the spore numbers grow. You =
described gray fungi. Did I read this wrong? Can you take a picture and =
post it? Are you sure it is what you want in your tea. The only reason I s=
uggest is just because pre-inoculation works in one compost/humus, doesn't=
 mean it will produce good fungi in another.

I wouldn't want to see that BEAUTIFUL ginger crop of yours spoiled!
