Anthony,
Could you clarify your specs on your blower you say 3000L per minute?? this=
would be 180000 litres per hour or 180M3 per hour?? Is this the actual out=
put for your machine as it seems very high compared to the DO in your resul=
ts.
Also I also use the same logger and have found it to be very reliable.

Just got a new DO meter - A windaus, german made. Has an internal auto lo=
gger. I set it at 5 minute intervals which took it up to a 20 hour brew cyc=
le. Temp started at 32C and finished at 27 C. Air pump setup with an output=
of 3000L per minute. Really gets it rolling! Check out the plotted data. M=
y question is- as i am taking readings at 5 minutes is there a chance i may=
be missing a drop below the critical 5ppm? The smoothness of the graph sug=
gests not. Interesting how you can see when i added the food - at about 15 =
min mark

  2000L brewer
  materials added:
  9kg 50/50 vermi/thermal
  2.5kg soluble kelp
  1.5 kg molasses
  8L fulvic acid
Few handfuls of activated wood chips
  100ml B12
+ a few secret herbs and spices :)
