Hi to all,
I've been following the discussions with interest over the past couple
of months, and I have a question on calcium and tea. Firstly can you
add  lime to tea at the start of the brewing process, and what is the
effect on the biology? Secondly - will you get the same results of
putting calcium in a tea brew as you would by putting calcium into
your compost, ie the fungi bind the calcium molecules to them. We are
dairy farming in New Zealand and doing 1200 - 1800 litre brews on a
regular basis.

Thanks
Ross
