Reply: Shitake mushrooms help!

look up http://www.mtjeff.com/fungi and go to the "search-by-subject" page
and search "mold" and you'll find many messages with tips on how to control
green molds (if you search "shiitake", you'll find more messages than you
have time to download).

If that doesn't give you enough info, email me back. I'll try to look up
some reference materials in the next week to answer your question.

Feel free to subscribe free to FUNGUS, the internet email-newsletter
on gourmet mushroom cultivation. Just send me an email and I'll add you.

Regarding the above website, if you are interested in "non-sterile" or
natural techniques of growing mushrooms, search "natural" or "outdoors".
