Potato can be pretty susceptible to disease, lots of bacteria and
fungi that will attack the leaves, roots, and tubers.
You may find that to be a limiting factor in keeping potato plants
producing for extended periods in a greenhouse, although I won't
say that its impossible.
Perhaps try to keep the soil surface and canopy as dry as possible,
that may slow down the growth of problematic microbes.
