Further to the interest shown to my original posting re: the above topic
as attached below, and in  an effort to integrate any more useful comments
into my formal presentation of this paper on June 6, I would be happy to
fax a copy of this paper to any professional that is willing to read it and 
provide constructive  criticism and useful improvements before this Friday
(or later).If you or your friendly building inspector, plan examiner or SB 
association may be interested, please contact me privately.If I inadvertently 
missed you, please send me a reminder right away. I will batch fax them tomorrow
morning.
