I concur. It is very hard to justify frames in the "wild", as they are so
haphazardly dealt with. However, sufficiently well designed scripts
easilly make up for the "look & feel" of frames, without incurring all the
nasty problems of them.

And the <NOFRAMES> option is a valid one, but it requires you to maintain
two sets of pages, essentially, which is best done with fancy scripts that
are better to be designed to avoid frames altogether. :)
