One year later and I miss my daughter, Candy, my first born, the love of my life whom I adored and lived for as a father. May my sweet little one rest in peace.

Candy, you are still missed by me, everyday.

My name is Carlos and I knew Candy for a period of two months. I became her friend instantly and missed her so when she decided to leave Washington for Arizona. I mourned for days when I was told of her passing. I enjoyed her friendship. We sang together at Karaoke’s which I found to be most exciting for her and me. I will always miss the conversations I had with her reminiscing about music, artists and our past.
RIP Candy and I hope to see you when its my time to pass.

Who would have thought that I’d see the day that I’d attend the funeral of one of nieces or nephews. I praise God for the time that I spent with Candace during her last year here. I am glad she had the opportunity to share some time with her loving husband. I only wish there was more time for them, but God knows best. Rita, Elijah and Karl, thanking for sharing my beautiful niece with me. I miss her and love you all.

Candice, every day, in every way…I miss you….while I know you are close by – you are still too far away. I have become familiar with the pain in my chest — deep within the burrows of my being is where you reside in spirit…I wish you were here in the flesh…i love you still, mother..
