Chapel Hill’s Umstead Park will host the Fourth Annual Bolin Creek Festival on Saturday, October 20 from 1 to 5 p.m. The festival is free. A raffle for a painting of the creek will raise money for preservation. Several musical acts will perform. Activities for children will teach them about stream critters with a live-animal display.
