East Chapel Hill High School’s theater department will present The Laramie Project tonight (Thursday), Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. in the East Chapel Hill High Mainstage Auditorium.
The play chronicles the reaction of the Laramie, Wyo. community to the beating and murder of gay university student Matthew Shepard in 1988. Because of mature content, no one under the age of 13 will be admitted to the show.
Tickets are $5 for general admission. To reserve a ticket, call 969-2787 or email eastreservation@gmail.com. A panel discussion will follow the Friday performance.
