The next Chapel Hill-Carrboro School Board of Education meeting will be held at Chapel Hill Town Hall on Sept. 17. Three primary issues will be discussed.
First is the home connection support program, which provides low-income students with district-owned loaner computers. Superintendent Neil Pedersen will spend a substantial amount of time providing board members with an evaluation of the 2008-09 district priorities, and the board subsequently will discuss plans for its development in the 2009-10 school year.
