The Family, Career and Community Leaders of America are hosting the first annual Fall Harvest Carnival on Oct. 31 from noon to 3 p.m. in the Cafe Commons and Black Box Theatre at East Chapel Hill High School.
The carnival is geared toward elementary-aged children and younger. Tickets are $.25 each and booths will include food, a cakewalk, a haunted house, ghost storytelling, face painting and sand art.
East’s clubs are trying to raise funds for competition and service projects, and many of them will be providing entertainment and activities.
