The Chapel Hill-Carrboro City School Community Connection Program continues its efforts to eliminate the digital divide among district students by partnering with Kramden Institute Inc. of Durham to award 60 students with free computers. The computer-award event is part of Community Connection’s ongoing effort to ensure that every district student is equipped with the tools that are required to succeed in the 21st-century classroom.
The Computer Awards Day will be held in the Carrboro High School cafeteria on Monday, Nov. 9 from 5 to 8 p.m.
