Study the Bolin Creek plan

The outcome of debate on Carrboro’s Bolin Creek Greenway Plan will last for generations. Participation by a well-informed citizenry is very important. Reading and understanding the plan is critical.

The full report is available from the Town of Carrboro online and at advocatesforcarrborogreenways.org. The advocates’ website also contains a link to the Carrboro staff analysis of the plan. Hard copies are on reserve in the Carrboro Branch Library at McDougle School and in the Century Center Cybrary in Carrboro.

    I’d like to note here that Save Bolin Creek has studied this plan and is not against all the planned paving. Just phases 3 and 4 which run along the creek – the so called “creek side route”.
