Toni Creamer

The Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools Board of Education last week appointed Tori Creamer as principal of Ephesus Elementary School. She will replace Phil Holmes, who was named principal of Smith Middle School last fall.

Creamer has served as interim principal at Ephesus since Holmes left for Smith and previously served as assistant principal at Ephesus. She has also taught math at Culbreth and Smith middle schools, as well as at Stanford Middle School in Orange County Schools.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in middle grades education and a master’s degree in school administration from UNC.
