Dr. David DeMarini will explain how chlorinated water can affect the human body as part of Carolina Science Café, an adult-education program presented by UNC’s Morehead Planetarium and Science Center, today (Thursday) at 7 p.m. at Top of the Hill’s Back Bar. The event is free and open to the public.
DeMarini has studied the ability of chlorinated water to induce mutations. He will discuss the latest studies he and his colleagues have conducted.
