Dana Stidham and Will Raymond took the oath of office to join the OWASA Board of Directors on July 28.
Stidham was appointed by the Carrboro Board of Aldermen. The Chapel Hill Town Council appointed Raymond.
Stidham has been a Carrboro resident for six years and has served as a member of the town’s Environmental Advisory Board. She also has served as a planner with the Town of Chapel Hill and in Herndon, Va.
Raymond has been a resident of Chapel Hill since 1988 and is a consulting software developer who focuses on enterprise application integration. Since 2000, he has been a local activist concentrating on environmental, developmental and social-justice issues.
