Community conversations to be held by Superintendent Forcella

Posted on September 21, 2011 by Susan Dickson

New Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools Superintendent Tom Forcella has scheduled three community conversations to meet with school and community members to discuss their goals, visions and concerns about the school district.
The events are designed as informal drop-in events with no specific program. Forcella will use the feedback from these conversations to form strategic plan work to undertake in the spring semester.
Conversations will be held:
•Sept. 24 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Hargraves Center, at 216 N. Roberson Street in Chapel Hill;
•Oct. 1 from 3 to 6 p.m. in a tent at the Walk for Education Carnival; and
•Oct. 4 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the media center of Carrboro High School.
