Shelter plan committee seeks members

Posted on October 6, 2011 by Staff

In response to the Chapel Hill Town Council stipulations to approving the Inter-Faith Council Men’s Community House Transitional Shelter Special Use Permit, the IFC is expanding its Good Neighbor Plan Advisory Committee.
The IFC is accepting applications for four open slots on the advisory committee. Ideal candidates would be from neighborhoods or businesses surrounding the proposed homeless shelter site, according to the IFC.
The application can be found at ifcweb.org/GNP-app.htm and must be submitted by email to Allan Rosen at project@ifcmailbox.org before Oct. 14. For more information, call 929-6380, ext. 27.
