Ephesus Elementary School fourth-graders Nekayla Williams, Nina Susann, Léo Le Hir de Fallois, Joey Kocienda, Sasha Freedland, Sydney Jernigan, Stephen Cho and fifth-graders Megan Shohfi, Jared Garcia-Aguilar, Annie Braker and Nicole Davis have been selected to represent Ephesus as the new 2011-12 members of Project C.A.F.É. (Calling All Future Educators).
Project C.A.F.É. is an initiative by the Foreign Language Association of North Carolina (FLANC) to encourage young people to consider a career in teaching foreign languages. These students exhibit an aptitude and enthusiasm for the French language, and they were honored at last month’s FLANC conference in Winston-Salem.
