French fundraiser

French students from Phillips Middle School overcame inclement weather to raise $425 for the Ronald McDonald House by entertaining elementary school French students on the morning of Saturday, March 24. The Phillips students operated carnival-type booths at East Chapel Hill High School to raise money. They also judged French poems recited by the elementary schoolers.

    Hi

    I heard about the Tru “Kick Butt Day” from my daughter, Kholiswa, but in looking it on the Carrboro Citizen webiste. I see that you have the right picture with the wrong story. My daughter attends Carrboro but the story was about Phillips MS.
