Painted Voices, a collective of high school student-artists from Chapel Hill, is presenting a show called Home Project.
Home Project is a night of poetry, performance, painting and photography inspired by the stories of Chapel Hill residents. The project is a culmination of a 10-week residency at Chapel Hill High School led by Pierce Freelon, a local artist-professor, and poet Will McInerney.
The show will be held on Friday at 7 p.m. at the Street Scene Teen Center, 179 E. Franklin St., and is free and open to the public.
