Chapel Hill fee increases

The Town of Chapel Hill has increased a number of fees as part of the adopted budget for 2012-13.

The Chapel Hill Public Library has changed its overdue charges for all materials except DVDs from 20 to 25 cents per day. The library fee for out-of-county users has increased to $65 per year. Fees have also increased in parking services and parks and recreation. The monthly parking space rental at the Wallace Deck has increased to $95 and semester parking space rental is $475.
