The Chapel Hill Police Department has arrested and charged four individuals for being involved in a residential breaking and entering on Mt. Bolus Drive on Aug. 23.
Desmun Lamon Sutton, Demetrius Darnell Sutton and Joshua Rayshawn Melvin, all from Durham, were each charged with felony breaking and entering, possession of stolen property and larceny. Moses Emanuel Whitfield of Durham was also charged with the same three felony counts in addition to one count of resist, delay and obstruct after fleeing a traffic stop.
All four were transported to the Orange County Jail under a $5,000 secured bond.
