Orange County will host an informational meeting for the public to review a draft assessment of Emergency Medical Services and 911/communications center operations on Sept. 27.
The assessment was created as a part of the county’s plan to develop long-range strategies to improve EMS and 911/communications for residents.
The meeting will be held at the Southern Human Services Center at 2501 Homestead Road in Chapel Hill from 7 to 9 p.m. There will be a presentation of the plan followed by a question-and-answer session.
