Each spring, members of the U.S. House of Representatives hold the Congressional High School Art Competition, with each member bringing a winning entry back to Washington, D.C., to be displayed in the U.S. Capitol.

Interested students should visit artsorange.org/grants.html#congress, and bring their entry to the Orange County Arts Commissioner’s office by 5 p.m. on Friday, April 13. Call 968-2011 or visit artsorange.org for more information.
