Emergency lights now active
Blue emergency call boxes in downtown Chapel Hill are now operational at 407 Merritt Mill Road, the corner of Church and Short streets and Mallette Street at Colony Court. Although the university has numerous call boxes throughout campus, these are the first installed on town streets.
