The second annual Swim for Smiles Youth Triathlon will be held June 1 at Chapel Hill Country Club. The triathlon is open to children ages 7-17 and is sanctioned by USA-Triathlon. There will be two courses for all levels of participants, each with a swim, bike ride and run.
