Teen substance use discussion
Carrboro High School will hold a discussion about adolescent substance use on Wednesday at 8 p.m. in the Cafe Commons. Chapel Hill Police Department crisis counselor Matt Sullivan will discuss signs of substance use among teenagers. The event is free and refreshments will be served.
