J.F.A. LaTour
LaTour was a photographer active on the U.S. East Coast (apparently based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) in
about 1918-1919. He was responsible for ship photographs taken
in several ports during that time, and may have been a Sailor
or a civilian contractor. Most of his work bears only his last name ("LaTour").
